Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

SYGNAL memberships (Starter $9/mo, Trader $79/mo, Elite $89/mo) are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. You are not charged again after cancelling.
  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period that has already started.

2. 7-Day Refund Window (First Subscription Only)

If this is your first paid subscription with SYGNAL, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the paid features (for example, running AI chart analyses, accessing member signals, or completing paid course content). This window applies once per member and does not apply to renewals or plan changes.

3. Academy Course Purchases

Individual Academy course purchases ($7 per course) are instantly delivered digital material. Once you have accessed the course content, the purchase is non-refundable. If you purchased a course and have not accessed any of its content, contact us and we will review the request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@kingdomventures.com with:

  • The email address on your SYGNAL account
  • The reason for your refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks raised without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

6. Governing Entity

SYGNAL is operated by Kingdom Ventures Pty Ltd (ACN 630 859 282), Australia. This policy is governed by the laws of Australia and does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
